I was referred to Pence Bros. Construction by a friend who was pleased with their work. If you want a high quality residential roofing and interior project I would recommend Pence Bros. Construction. I suggest you ask for Jacob Pence. He managed the project and worked well with the insurance adjuster. When we encountered different issues on the project, like an underlying condition requiring additional roof sheathing or asbestos contained in the adhesive uncovered during the interior ceiling demo, he adeptly made the necessary arrangements to address the situations. Furthermore, Pence Bros. Construction was kind in their approach and made sure to clean-up and handle the details. The appearance of the residential roof and the interior ceiling speaks for itself. It was well done.

I recently had a roof inspection after some potential storm damage, and I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received from Jeremy Pence. Jeremy was very kind, professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything he found during the inspection. He found a gap around the chimney between the flashing and the roof, and leaking around the three roof vent pipes. Jeremy then graciously offered to put silicone caulking around the chimney and the three roof vent pipes to stop the leaks. He did this all for FREE!! I really appreciated his honesty, generosity, attention to detail, and willingness to help. I highly recommend Jeremy and Pence Bros to anyone needing a roof inspection or repairs! Furthermore, I just want to say, how blessed we are by all that the Pence family does for our schools and community! Thanks again for the great service!

The Excellent service started w/ Jacob on the estimate to replace our storm damaged siding. He explained every step of the process and went beyond the call of duty to get us the perfect color and cover missing siding. Next step brings dad (owner) to our property and he reviews work to be done. Finally the crew shows up at exact promised time and begins work. Hunter lead this crew to a finished job that turned out Very Nice. The entire crew were pleasant and took their craftmanship to the next level. The best possible experience we could have possibly had!!! This company is phenomenal with both customer service and quality work! It's no wonder we had several friends refer us to them when our siding encountered a massive wind storm in between winter and early spring. Jacob was great! Inspected the roof by going up on a day where it snowed that morning. Provided quote by the end of the day. Once a date set for roof install - team got there early am and was done by the afternoon. Cleaned up property. Very professional. Its rained since roof was installed no issues. I'm a first time home owner and Pence Bros were great at not only listening to and addressing all my concerns, but also spending time to edcuate me without judgement. You can tell by the before pictures how bad the pests, gutters, and old junky electical wires were making my house look. In about a week, Pence Bros made me feel like i have a brand new HOME. Completely redone siding, gutters, leaf guards, soffit, and fascia. Highly recommend!

I asked them to come check my roof and my mother's after a storm. He came out and inspected both homes and fixed some of the siding that had blown loose. He said honestly neither home had damage and didn't try to take advantage of us! What an honest guy and will highly recommend them!

When is the last time you hired someone to work for you and the job turned.out better than perfect? So was it with Pence Brothers. Our home Is 110 years old. Rotted wood was removed and replaced. Pence Bros did an outstanding job. Easy to work with and no hassle. They were efficient and do top notch work. I work in a service industry as well and can really appreciate a similar company being great at customer service and following through with quality work. I had to have some siding redone because of damage from heavy winds so I called Pence Bros. I was contacted by Jacob Pence. He came out to see if we could fix it instead of replacing it. He told me there were some other damaged areas too and gave me the freedom to decide on replacing or repairing. He temporarily fixed it on the spot until we could get it finalized. My insurance gave me a quote to repair some. Jacob worked with the insurance company and was able to have them cover full replacement and gutters. He handled everything and kept great contact with me during the process! I can't recommend Pence Bros enough I am definitely satisfied with the whole experience they provided!

They were efficient, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I contacted Pence Brothers earlier this year after starting an insurance claim, but my insurance company wasn’t very helpful. Jacob came out, inspected my home, and worked for months to get the entire exterior replaced, including the roof, siding,doors and gutters. After the job was completed, I noticed a few minor details that needed attention. They responded immediately and corrected everything to my satisfaction. I had water intrusion around a dormer window. I called Jeremy after Pence Brothers did exceptional work residing my father-in-laws house. He stopped by two days later to take a look. He had to remove some siding to find the leak, but once he did he repaired the issue on the spot at no cost! This is way above and beyond expectation. He really dug in to find the issue rather than making assumptions. I had another contractor out earlier that morning that suggested replacing the window and other significant costly repairs. Very grateful that Jeremy found the root cause and took care of it on the spot. I will be reaching out to Pence Brothers for any and all future siding, roofing or window work.
